Who we are

The service

CVRevise helps you organize your experience, create and revise CVs and cover letters with an AI assistant, score them and download PDFs. Features can change as the product develops.

Your account

Give accurate account details and keep your password and agent keys secret. You are responsible for activity in your account, including actions taken with your agent keys. Tell us without delay if you think your account or a key has been misused, and revoke the key on your account page.

Credits and payments

You buy prepaid credit in US dollars, at least $5 per top-up. There is no subscription. AI work is charged from your balance by the tokens it uses: the token price of the AI provider that answers (DeepSeek or Xiaomi) plus a CVRevise service fee. The current fee percentage is shown before you pay. A new Jev CV score costs a fixed $0.01. Features marked as free do not use your balance. New accounts start with a $0 balance; during the welcome campaign, verified accounts receive the welcome credit described below.

Credit does not expire. It is not cash, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be withdrawn, except for refunds under our Refund policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe. With Stripe Managed Payments, Link (a Stripe service) acts as the reseller and merchant of record for the payment and handles taxes, receipts and payment support. If you think a charge is wrong, write to support@cvrevise.com.

Welcome credit

While the welcome campaign runs, a limited number of new accounts receive free AI credit as a gift from us. The amount and the number of places left are shown on cvrevise.com. The credit is added once your email address is verified (accounts created with Google count as verified when Google confirms the address).

It is given once per person: one account and one email address per person, and an address that already received it cannot receive it again, also not after deleting and re-creating the account or by writing the same address differently. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, never expires, is used before paid credit and is never refunded.

We can end or change the campaign for new sign-ups at any time; credit already given stays in your balance. If an account was created to collect the credit more than once (for example with fake or disposable addresses or several accounts for one person), we can remove the credit and suspend those accounts.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days and get back the unused part of that top-up. Free or promotional credit, including the welcome credit, is never refunded. The details, including which credit is used first and how to ask, are in our Refund policy at cvrevise.com/refund.

AI output

AI can make mistakes. Check every CV, letter and score before you use it. You are responsible for what you send to employers, and your documents must describe your real experience truthfully. A score or a tailored CV does not guarantee an interview or a job.

Your content

You keep the rights to your content. You allow us to store and process it, and to send it to the service providers listed in the privacy policy, only to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use CVRevise to break the law, to impersonate others, to create misleading documents, to attack or overload the service, to get around limits or security, or to resell the service. Follow the rules of the other platforms you use: some job sites forbid automated applications or automation tools, and you are responsible for respecting their terms.

Agent access

Agent access lets your own AI tool act for you with a personal key and the permissions, daily spending cap and approval mode you choose. Everything done with your key counts as your own use, including charges. Your AI tool and its provider process the data they receive under their own terms. We can limit, suspend or revoke keys to protect you or the service, and agent access may change or end.

Suspension and closing

You can delete your account at any time on your account page. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Liability

We work to keep CVRevise reliable, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or particular results, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and show important changes in the product before they apply. If you continue to use CVRevise after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
